Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Flytime web application (hereinafter referred to as "Flytime," "the Service," "the Platform," or "the App") available at flytime.io, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, including our Privacy Policy which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please refrain from accessing or using our Service.

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you" or "your"), and Flytime, concerning your access to and use of the Platform. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective when posted on the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Definitions

  • User or Users refers to individuals who access and utilize the Flytime application, regardless of registration status or activity level.

Eligibility and Account Registration

Flytime is available to individuals of all ages, though users under the age of 18 should review these Terms with a parent or guardian to ensure understanding and agreement. To access certain features of our Service, you may need to register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Service Description and User Content

Flytime provides a platform for skydivers to log jumps, manage gear, track locations, aircraft, licenses, view statistics, provide feedback, and submit feature requests. While using our Service, you may submit content, including but not limited to skydiving data, feedback, and feature requests. You retain all ownership rights to your content, but grant Flytime a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with providing and improving the Service.

Acceptable Use

When using Flytime, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
  • Post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, inaccurate, or that a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.
  • Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

Flytime and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Flytime and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Flytime.
